Quick animated stamp for my 20 under 20 articles.
Not sure if the frames are running a little fast or not, with there being not a lot to read in the frames I didn't want it cycling to slowly.
Made in photoshop CS and Adobe Image ready.

Frame speed - 0.1, 0.2 sec.
Fonts - Cooper, Verdana (bold)
Blending options - Pattern overlay (38% opacity.)
